Executive Counsel
Most business owners/managers/directors value having someone who can provide counsel, a second experienced opinion who can discuss plans or ideas with you before they are shared inside or outside your business.
Someone who you can confidentially share ideas with without compromising work or personal relationships.
Someone objective who will test and challenge ideas, and who can without consequence tell you if they think your ideas are sound or flawed, helping you refine thoughts, strategies or plans before sharing them.
Business counsel can be provided on an ad-hoc basis in person by booking a face to face meeting, a call, or by email…or can be provided on a retained basis by selecting a monthly package.
Ad-hoc counselling typically relates to an immediate business need, typically relating to a specific staffing issue or sales proposal. It is provided based on availability, with no assurances on access or response times. It is charged at a pre-agreed hourly rate.
Retained users who sign up to a package call a number of times a week, testing their ongoing strategies for tenders, exploring new product ideas, or looking for a second opinion when deploying and directing staff. The nature of this type of service is typically immediate, often out of conventional hours, and very spontaneous.
Packages are charged for as a retained monthly fee, and receive VIP treatment day or night 365 days a year.
Package 1 : response instant or within 5 hours, and based on 2-3 interactions per week.
Package 2 : response instant or within 10 hours, and based on 2-3 interactions per week.
Package 3 : response instant or within 24 hours, and based on 2-3 interactions per week.
Bespoke Package : agreed response time and number of interactions per week.
It is not unusual to agree to move from one package to another if your company is going though a period of significant change or activity.
