The process starts with an initial no obligation meeting to get to know each other a little, and for both parties to discuss how the review will work.
We will talk about each function within your business, discussing your original motivation for a review, where your business starts and finishes within your industry, and the time scales to work within. The meeting will be relaxed and informal, needs no preparation from you and there is no obligation to progress beyond this initial review meeting.
The conclusion from the meeting may be that we simply validate that everything is well, there may be some immediate advice, or you may feel that this is not for you...and we will complete the meeting and go our separate ways. If we agree it is worth progressing further I will then go away and build a proposal tuned to your exact business.
