If you would like to consider reviewing your own approach to sales, and agree the answer is to not just spend more and more on new sales people, then the first step is to get in touch.
An initial no obligation meeting will establish if you are the type of business that I can help, and allow you to further evaluate what would be involved if I helped strengthen this part of your business.
Our initial meeting is normally at your offices, and lasts up to 2 hours.
The objective of the initial review meeting is to get to know each other a little, and for both parties to establish what should happen next.
We will talk about your existing route to market, the shape of your team, your existing strategy or plan, what you know about your lost sales, and why you took the step of contacting me. The meeting will be relaxed and informal, needs no preparation from you and there is no obligation to progress beyond this initial review meeting.

The conclusion may be that we simply validate that everything is well, there may be some immediate advice, or you may feel that I can not be of assistance...and we will complete the meeting and go our separate ways. If the conclusion is that there are ways in which I can help we will discuss these areas and I will then go away and build a proposal tuned to the areas we discussed. The proposal may include a menu of possible programs to undertake that you can select and apply as and when you and your business is ready.
